FamilySafe Family CPR is the CPR child course inside Family Emergency Preparedness. It teaches families how to recognize cardiac arrest, organize the first minute, perform age-appropriate adult/child/infant CPR, use an AED, respond to severe choking, and make decisions in realistic scenarios. The FamilySafe curriculum is original community-preparedness education; optional certification delivery adds the applicable official credentialing course requirements and licensed materials.

All refund requests are reviewed case by case through FamilySafe's Refund Request Form. No cancellation automatically creates a refund right. For scheduled live, coaching, skills, or instructor-led portions, at least 24 hours' notice is required to preserve eligibility for rescheduling or refund consideration. FamilySafe may consider timing, digital access/use, services already delivered, completion status, reserved instructor time, nonrecoverable expenses, and the circumstances of the request.
Scheduled live, coaching, skills, or instructor-led sessions may be rescheduled when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start, subject to availability. Changes inside 24 hours and no-shows are reviewed case by case and may forfeit the reserved session.
