FamilySafe Family Emergency Preparedness is the parent all-hazards planning program for households. Learners build a usable risk profile, redundant alert system, communication and reunification plan, evacuation and shelter strategy, layered supply system, power-outage and generator safety plan, medication/medical continuity, disability/access and child/pet planning, emergency document set, Florida all-hazards layer, recovery plan, and scenario-tested household drill routine. FamilySafe Family CPR remains included as a child course under this parent offering.
Enrollment details
One $99 household registration covers up to four attendees. The purchaser holds the Academy account; household attendance is recorded on the order. When AHA BLS is authorized, selected attendees may add the credential for +$45 per person.
All refund requests are reviewed case by case through FamilySafe's Refund Request Form. No cancellation automatically creates a refund right. For scheduled live, coaching, skills, or instructor-led portions, at least 24 hours' notice is required to preserve eligibility for rescheduling or refund consideration. FamilySafe may consider timing, digital access/use, services already delivered, completion status, reserved instructor time, nonrecoverable expenses, and the circumstances of the request.
Scheduled live, coaching, skills, or instructor-led sessions may be rescheduled when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start, subject to availability. Changes inside 24 hours and no-shows are reviewed case by case and may forfeit the reserved session.
